The innerhearts IMMERSION is a holistic journey that blends inner work with the joy of collective support, encouraging you to move beyond your limits and step into the life you fully desire through constellation work.

Experience a profound journey of personal growth and healing, set against the stunning backdrop of Theresia, just beyond Santorini. The innerhearts Immersion is not your typical yoga retreat, but rather an invitation to step into deep transformation and self-discovery.

This intimate gathering will immerse you in an experience that is as much about being as it is about becoming. Through guided Family Constellation Work, reconnecting with your body through Yoga, opening your heart through Sound Healing, and breathing life into your transformation, you will experience a total mind-body-spirit shift and you will release layers and patterns that no longer serve you.

Over the course of 5 Days you will be invited to pause, reflect, and step into a new chapter of your life supported by daily yoga, constellation work, sound healing and breatwork and personal 1:1 session sorrounded by the Aegean Sea.

tHE SPACE

Located at the serene surroundings of Theresia will nurture and support your journey. A safe space away from home, where you have time to become who you are - Let go of the old and embrace the new.


The sea that surrounds us tells stories of freedom and eternity, while the sound of waves give us a feeling of security. The rhythm of nature becomes its own beat: sunrises that bathe the horizon in gold and sunsets that remind us to pause and feel the moment.

On an island you live more consciously, closer to the earth, closer to yourself. The seclusion provides space for clarity and creativity. It's like time passes more slowly, but at the same time every moment feels more intense. Here every breath reminds us of the beauty of life.

From Ammoudi Port Santorini, to Riva Port at Therasia island 7-10min. (By boat)

  • 8:00-10:00 am Daily Pranayama & Yoga practice to nuture yourwell-being of your body, mind and soul to get into the present moment

  • 10:00-13:oopm Brunch & Free Time to explore the beautiful sorroundings

  • 13:00-15:00pm Daily Inner Journey - Systemic Connstellation Workshop to explore your patterns and beliefs and to connect with your self (inner child, mother-, father wound etc.)

  • 16:00pm - 18:00 Daily Breathwork & Sound Journeys with Gongs, Alchemy Crystal Sining Bowls & Chimes to explore hidden emotions

FAQ ABOUT THE innerhearts IMMERSION

  • Your return flight, the transfer to the Retreat Space and to the airport, your travel insurance. We connect all participants about 3 weeks before the retreat starts so that you can share the journey if necessary.

    • From Ammoudi Port Santorini, to Riva Port at Therasia island 7-10min. (By boat)

    • From Athinios Port Santorini to Riva Port at Therasia island 1h

    • By helicopter from Santorini 15-20 min.

    You might want to arrive one day earlier and enjoy the beauty of Santorini.

  • We deliberately do not communicate our retreat program in advance. You can look forward to daily workshops from all areas of yoga, pranayama and transformational methods. You will experience the benefits of sound and breath, while constellation work plays a big role. You will not leave dissappointed!

  • The 1:1 seassion is tailored to your unique needs, allowing a profound journey of the parts you want to look at. It´s the perfect way to enhance your retreat experience and dive deeper into your process of growth and development. We will have 1:1 before & during the retreat.

  • No, previous experience is not neccessary. We will enjoy every day mornig classes guided by our lovely guest teacher, who will make sure everyone can follow.
